WHAT’S IN THIS BATH SOAK: Epsom Salts, Premium Quality Essential Oils of: Rose Geranium (Perlagonim x asperum) Chamomile (Matricaria recutica).
We use pure food grade Epsom salts known to promote the elimination of acidic waste from muscles and joints and encourage relaxation.
Our bath soaks are free from flowers, petals, artificial colours and fragrances.
HOW TO USE OUR BATH SOAK:
CALM BALANCING BATH
Place a generous amount (4 – 5 tablespoons) directly under running water for a calming bath to overcome irritability, moodiness and symptoms of pre-menstrual tension. Ensure salts and bath water are mixed thoroughly before stepping into bath. Light a few candles and enjoy.
