We only offer refunds on faulty goods, otherwise you can request an exchange.
Exchanges ONLY
You must exchange item within 14 days of purchase.
Your item must be unused & in same condition, with tags on.
Receipt must be supplied.

Only full priced items may be exchanged.
Exchanges
You can return item in store, even if purchased online.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received it.
We will also notify you if the item you are requesting it to be exchanged for, is available.
If approved, your exchanged item will be posted back at your expense or can be picked up in store.
If item is unavailable, we will provide you with a store credit.
Faulty Goods
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received it.
If approved, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment the next business day.

REFUNDS - You will be responsible for paying the postage cost of returning your items.
EXCHANGES - You will be responsible for paying the postage cost of returning your items both ways.
